Features two bedrooms with double beds, a queen pull-out couch in the living room, and a single bed on the large landing. 1 ½ baths. Perfect for two couples or a large family.

Two AC's, two TV's, gas BBQ, and picnic table. Room for two cars only. We provide all utensils for cooking and cleaning as well as blankets, pillows, and quilts. Please bring your own sheets and towels.

Only $1,250 per week: Saturday 2pm to Saturday 10am. $250 per night for shorter stays, prepaid. Checks and credit cards accepted. $200 refundable cleaning deposit required in advance. Dock space for one boat up to 21' for $25 per day. (No launch)

Directions

From the South:
Take I-87N to exit 21. Take a right off the ramp at the stop sign, take a left at the light. You will then be on Route 9. Go North through four stoplights through Lake George Village. After the fourth stoplight at Amherst Street, turn right at the first driveway after the gas station and before the Caldwell Library (a brick building). Go straight past the library and continue into the driveway. The white cottage on your left is the rental cottage.

From the North:
Take I-87S to exit 22. Take a left off the ramp, cross over I-87 and go right off the ramp to enter Lake George Village. Go through the first stoplight and past the High School on the left. After Marine Village Resort on the right, watch for the Caldwell Library (a brick building). Turn left into the driveway between Caldwell Library and the gas station on the corner. Go straight past the library and continue into the driveway. The white cottage on your left is the rental cottage.
